Training Model: Total Football Academy

At Total Football Academy, we place emphasis on fostering creativity and joy within our training sessions. Instead of coaching our players to what we consider the correct solution, we attempt to guide them towards self regulating based on what their environment affords them. Our coaches create sessions that contain the same information that players will have to process in a match. Not only does this game specific approach lead to players being able to better adapt to varying scenarios on the pitch, it is also much more fun for players to play games than being put through repetitive drills.
