League and Training Sign Up Form

Use the form below to start the sign up process. The yearly membership upon registration is $400. The fall and spring seasons will both consist of 2 training sessions a week, 6 friendly matches, and 1 tournament. The winter season will consist of Futsal League play and competing in the PA West Futsal State cup. We will include sign ups for boys and girls academies each having a 2007, 2010, and 2013 team. The 2010 age group will consist of players born in 2010, 2011, or 2012. The 2013 age group will consist of players born in 2013, 2014, or 2015. The 2007 age group will consist of players born in 2007, 2008, 2009. Why do we mix age groups? It's simple! Older kids get the chance to take on leadership roles while younger kids develop quicker by having to keep up with older, more skilled players. As a result, your soccer player will come out with a higher skillset at a younger age.
